	Yes, the Z-6060 with keyboard cable and firmware version 1.36 can support Turkish keyboard. Use the Programming Guide and set the keyboard language to "Alt" method.

	Why the Z-3071WA/RFcan not read Code 128 with 34 characters?
	It would be solved with the setting of barcode length to read the barcodes with more characters. The default length setting is 6 - 32 characters, which depends on models. You may do the settings shown in the file: C128-Max36.pdf.

	The Z-3051 series works good under Windows XP, but why not works well under Windows 2000?
	Z-3051 series is a new launched model. The problem has been solved by the firmware updated. If you have a device with old version of firmware, you may make it update to firmware version 1.05 via RS-232 interface. For firmware request, please contact your distributor.

	I found that Z-3051 series can not read some of the JAN-13 barcodes, it left half of the barcode with "0000000"s, how can I solve this problem?
	We have solved this problem with firmware version 1.05, you may update your firmware version via RS-232 interface. For firmware request, please contact your distributor.

	I use Z-3051HS with USB cable on a PC. It can read barcodes successfully, however, there's no data sent to PC even I tried to switch on and off the PC for several times. What's wrong with my device?
	You may update your firmware to version 1.05 or better to solve this problem. Please contact your distributor for more firmware updates.

	Yes, Z-6030 with firmware version 1.33 or better could support numeric pad of PC/AT keyboard. Please follow the steps in Z6030-NumPet.pdf.

	Can Z-3080, Alpha-70EC, Alpha-50WA handheld scanners read MSI/PLESSY barcodes?
	Yes, as our handheld scanners are set with default of “double check digit” for MSI/PLESSY barcodes. If you want to read the MSI/PLESSEY barcodes with single check digit, please follow the settings in MSI-SingleCheck.pdf.

	When scanning Code 128, the Z-3070 does not recognize a barcode less then 3 characters, and when scanning Code 39, it does not recognize with less then 2 characters.? Is there a way to get the unit to scan a single character in regular operation mode without special firmware programming?

	You have to active function key following the settings in the linked file, 30sTrainsmmitCtrl.pdf.

	We scanned a Code 128 barcode of "1073741861312220" with ZB-600K, but it showed as ";21073741861312220", why is it shown with 2 strange characters in front?
	Actually the barcode you scanned is an EAN-128 barcode, as ZB-600K is an old designed model, it does not support EAN-128.? Please contact your distributor for recommendation of other model.

	How do we use the setting “Header/Trailer”?
	The linked file, 30sAddchar.pdf, has an example with adding "9A" at the head or end of a barcode.

	I am using A-50M.? Why can’t it process 0E, 0F, 05 and 12 commands under RS-232 interface while holding a barcode towards A-50M?? But when the barcode is removed, it processed successfully.
	A-50M is not a multi-processing device, when holding a barcode in its decoding zone, it will process decoding the barcode, and it will not process any other functions.

	We don’t know if a barcode is placed within the decoding zone of A-50M, so we couldn’t judge the correct timing to send out commands needed.? Do you have a solution to solve the problem?
	We could make a special firmware for A-50M to avoid such confusion, please contact your sales distributor for more detail.

	How do we enable the Arrow Down Key after a barcode is scanned?
