If your product can・t work and you can・t fix it on your own, you can
contact your sales representative for further assistance. At this moment,
we need you to provide sufficient information so
we can truly understand the problem, try to duplicate the problem
and propose possible solutions. You may describe the detailed
circumstance under which the product is operated or give us some examples.

Product basic information, including model number,
serial number, interface and firmware version.
To find out the firmware version, you can scan the
：Display firmware version； or ：Show version"
barcode in the programming guide.

If you are unable to read certain barcodes, please provide us sample barcodes. If the samples are sent via e-mail, please also notify their width so we can print out the barcodes in actual size. If the barcode is in high density, you need to provide us the authentic barcodes.

Sometimes the functions you are trying to fulfill are not built-in for your scanner. In this case, please detail your requirement and your sales representative will work on the revision with our engineers.

We suggest you have at least one
additional set of well-functioning
device and RS-232 cable. With the spare items, you can test devices and cables and try to define problems by yourself. If you can・t find out the problem at the first place, we suggest you reset the scanner to the default setting and test again.

If you are sure the problem is on cable or battery, you just have to change a new one. If you are sure the problem is on the device, you have to send the device back (device only, without cable and other accessories).
